Congratulations! You’re in and now the fun begins.
As a new student, your Campus Information Services (CIS) account will allow you register for classes, pay tuition and much more. Log in to cis.utah.edu using the university ID (UNID) included in your admissions letter and default password (which is your birthdate in MMDDYY format).
Communicate with the university and your professors while staying updated on all important information at the U. Your UMail will automatically be set up as your uNID@utah.edu.

Your next step is to confirm your intent to enroll at the U and pay your enrollment deposit by May 1. You MUST confirm your enrollment if you want to apply for housing.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) forbids the university from releasing personal identifiable student educational records or files, or personal information contained in those files, without the student's written consent, except in specified situations. Click the button below to begin filling out your FERPA form.
In order for ANY student information to be released to a designated third party, the student's uNID must be provided along with the student created PIN code. It is the student's responsibility to give that required information to the designated third party. A third party that is not correctly identified and verified, will be denied. Students may update the PIN code and list of third parties at any time.

Please have your high school submit your official high school transcript sent at the time of application submission or earlier if possible. Emailed transcripts will not be considered official. For more information on how to submit your transcripts, click here and navigate to the "Send Official High School Transcripts" tab.
Submit Official Transcripts for Concurrent Enrollment or Dual Credit
If you completed any courses during high school for college credit, you will need to submit an official transcript from the college or university that is granting this credit. These must be sent from the credit-granting college or university and be submitted to the University of Utah’s Office of Admissions.
